Whitney Shank
Executive Director

Whitney is the Events Director for the Chamber and is responsible for overseeing the organization and implementation of the Chamber's internal and community events. Whitney is a former school teacher and is still very active in the school system.  She enjoys spending time with her family.  She is a Colorado native and has lived in Castle Pines since 2005.

Shannon Gotl
Membership Director

Shannon is the Membership Director for the Chamber and works with our members to bring value to their business and connect them with the community.  Shannon has a background in sales and marketing and is excited to be a part of our growing community.  She has lived in Colorado since 2001. 

​She and her family have called Castle Pines home since 2016.

Amber Jaworsky
Marketing Director

Amber Jaworsky is the Marketing Director for the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce, where she leads advertising and marketing efforts for Chamber events and members. With a strong background in public health and the nonprofit sector, she is deeply passionate about health and wellness. A certified yoga instructor and owner of a small women's fitness business, Amber enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and mountain biking. A Colorado native, she lives in Highlands Ranch with her husband, three children, and two dogs.


Tamara Rech
Finance Director

Tamara joined our team in January 2022, bringing a diverse background in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing. Currently, she serves as the Account Manager for a Motorsports Network, utilizing her expertise to drive results and manage key relationships. When she’s not at work, Tamara enjoys spending time with her husband, four kids, and two dogs. She has called Castle Rock home since 2016, where she loves being part of the local community.



​Becky Paquette
Programming Director

​Becky joined the team in October 2024 and was quick to roll up her sleeves to help our organization in many ways. Becky has a wealth of experience in event planning, marketing, and public relations. She has strong organizational  skills and an amazing attention to detail, all of which we are exciting to utilize at the chamber.  Becky lives in Highlands Ranch. She is a wife, and a mom of two amazing high school boys.
