Instructions
- Visit the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce website at www.castlepineschamber.com and go to the Make it your day! link.
- Using the calendar, select a date in 2012 to keep the library open. Only two people per day will be allowed.
- Complete the form to confirm your day.
- To make a credit card payment, click on the payment link which will take you to Douglas County Library Foundation’s website and select the Sponsor a Day link and follow instructions for paying online.
- To make a payment using cash or check, drop off payment at the Castle Pines Library or the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce.
- Be sure to include the day of sponsorship and Sponsor for a Day on the check.

For Sponsor a Day and other large donations: Let’s keep a good thing going!
- Sponsor for 1 day, maximum of 2 individual sponsors per day. $200 for a day will give you exclusive individual sponsorship for the day! Unlimited business and corporate sponsors.
- Listed as Sponsor on 2012 donor acknowledgement page
- Picture of you or your business logo and photos acknowledged on your day “The library was brought to you today by…”
- In honor of a birthday: Picture of the Birthday girl or boy acknowledged on the birthday purchased day “Happy birthday xxxx! Thank you for keeping the library open today!”
- Thank you letter from Jamie LaRue
- Sponsor the library for the amount of days purchased at $100 per day – includes all the benefits under the $100 a day level
- Name at bottom of receipt
- Acknowledgment on our existing plaque inside the library
- Recognition in one direct mail promotion with county-wide distribution to homes and businesses
- Recognition on Douglas County Libraries website
- Sponsor the library for the amount of days purchased at $100 per day – includes all the benefits under the $100 a day level
- All the benefits of the $1,000-$4,999.00 level
- Plaque presented to the sponsor for display in their office or home
- Possible recognition with a plaque and/or reception in a Douglas County Libraries location
- Personal invitations to select library events
- Sponsor for the entire year – includes all the benefits under the $100 a day level
- All the benefits of the $1,000-24,999.00 level
- Your organization or business can provide the library with a give-away or handout that can be handed out at Self-Check
- List name in the connection
- Picture of you or your business logo and photos acknowledged every day of 2012 “The library was brought to you today by…” flat screen Up to 6 different slides can be used and alternated.
